You've lived - or rather, managed to survive - for 21 long years now. Congratulations..! Well, that is, for hanging in there through all the hardships...
I think it's amazing that you, in the end, has managed thus far. I think it can be seen as proof of your great strength. I hope you'll have many, many, many more years ahead.
I'm sorry that I cannot offer you anything other than my innermost well-meaning thoughts and wishes.

I was planning on just writing a simple "happy birthday, pao...etc" message, but when I realized that it's your 21st (hadn't really thought much about it) birthday, it just kinda hit me when I started thinking about it... that you've survived for so long... among other things.
